Welcome!
I am an Assistant Professor of Religion at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama where I teach courses in Bible and Church History. I am also an elder in the United Methodist Church (Tennessee Western-Kentucky Conference). I finished my Ph.D. in American Church History at Southern Methodist University in 2023 and, before that, my M.Div. at Harvard Divinity School in 2009. I earned my Bachelors of Arts from Huntingdon (where I now teach) in 2003. My current research interests are in American Methodist history (particularly in the twentieth century), Methodism and ecumenism, and the life and work of Methodist historian Albert C. Outler.
This site is a place to collect various resources related to my work.
